Inform the Portimão PJ via fax of the interpreters indicated above with address and telephone numbers.

Request them as quickly as possible to make their statements of compromise.

Ask the PJ to inform via fax the details of the interpreters indicated on the previous page. Then contact them in order to make their statements of compromise before this court within the next 48 hours according to article n° 91 n°of the CPP.

The present case files have been initiated with the notice of the disappearance of Madeleine Beth McCann born on 12-5-2003, female, white, daughter of Gerald Patrick McCann and Kate Marie Healy.

The disappearance occurred on 3rd May 2007 from the ground floor of the Ocean Club resort in Praia da Luz, Lagos, between 21.30 and 22.00.

As it is relevant in establishing the whereabouts of the girl, I authorise and ask the GNI to diffuse the identification of the girl in order to find information about her whereabouts, which should be done by means of a yellow alert.

Communicate the same to the PJ.

Organise the translation of these case files. 

Make a dossier to accompany these files, with a copy of all that has been processed and send it to the Public Prosecutor as quickly as possible.
