On this date I state for the process files that after a contact made by Dr Carlos Pinto Abreu, lawyer for Kate Marie Healy and Gerald Patrick McCann and due to an impediment on his part, the date for the presentation of the McCann couple at the Portimao DIC installations of the PJ was altered to 14.00 on the 6th September 2007.
