PJ mobile phone analysis relation
document
This missive from Lisbon, an Analysis Report dated 29 May 2007, starts by saying
that “competent correlations and analyses” have been done on all calls made in
Praia da Luz during 2, 3 and 4 May 2007 based on information furnished by the
three phone companies.
From that preliminary study two sets of calls seen during the “critical period”,
understood to be between 20h00 and 22h00 on 3 May 2007immediately stand
out:
– Number 916… (unknown user), between 20h39 and 21h15,received 5 (five) connections from 969… (“Porto das Grutas – Sociedade Imobiliaria – Turistica”);
– this same number (unknown user), at 21h01 and 21h16 also received two calls from an Irish number, 353872… (whose user can be determined if justified).
Widening the analysis period it can seen that:
– on that same day, at 17h40 and 17h48, the “Porto das Grutas” number made two calls to that Irish number (whose user can be determined if justified);
– also on that day, at 10h49 that Irish number (whose user can be determined if justified) made one call to number 916… (unknown user);
– at 11h52, the “Porto das Grutas” number made one call to the (unknown user) number.
Conclusion
From the present preliminary analysis the crossing between the three numbers above indicating the existence of knowledge/relationship between the respective users, [but] not knowing yet the basis or motive for those contacts established.
It is suggested that the (unknown user) be traced and the object and motive of the above contacts be determined to discern the possible involvement in, or complete lack of knowledge of the callers about, the events under investigation.
