He is an employee in the gardening sector of the OC since August 2006, he does the gardening work within the resort, looking after the green areas there. His hours are 08.00 to 17.00.

With regard to the disappearance of the English girl, Madeleine, he says he heard about this when he arrived at work on the morning of 4th May 2007.

He says that he never saw the girl or her family in the days before her disappearance. He only knew who they were from the images in the media.

He saw nothing strange on the days before the disappearance, neither did he notice the presence of any cars that appeared out of the ordinary to him.
