Comes to the process as a witness.

The witness is an employee of the gardening section of the OC resort, having worked there for 9 years, he is in charge of all the gardening jobs, especially those in the leisure areas of the Luz ocean Club, located 500 m from the resort where the apartment where the events occurred is located.

The past week was calm, he did not notice any strange occurrences or individual in the area.

As regards the family of the missing girl – he had no contact with them.

As his place is at a distance from the place where the vents occurred, he only heard about the disappearance on Friday.

He has nothing else pertinent to add.
