Concerning the issue of the process said;
. That he is functionary of the Ocean Club resort since April of 2007; 
. That he exercises his functions as cook in the Millennium restaurant, in the Ocean Club resort; 
. That generally his hours of work at between 14H00 and 22H00, with days off on Wednesdays and Thursdays; 
. Questioned, states that he had knowledge of the disappearance of the British child whose name is Madeleine via television notices, on Friday, the 4th day of May of this year; 
. The deponent states that, in the resort, he never established any contact with the family of the missing girl or with the child herself, and that he only saw images of the family in television and newspapers, after the disappearance; 
. Questioned in the last while he has observed or had knowledge or via other workers or clients of the resort that strange person or persons were noticed around the resort or asked strange questions regarding the tourists or children which accompanied them or about the proper installations and functioning of the resort to which the deponent responds that he has no knowledge of any such situations; 
. Questioned, the deponent states that he dies not know if any of his colleagues in the resort have at any time had problems of a criminal nature or problems related to any vices; 
. The deponent states that since the disappearance of the child Madeleine, until today, he has not heard any comments that may help clarify the motive for her disappearance, land with this, has no more information that may help contribute to this end; 
. And nothing more said, having read the statement, finds it in conformity and signs it;
