Concerning the issue of the process said;
. The witness works in the Millennium kitchen, related to the Ocean Club (LOC);\u00a0
. The specifics of her functions do not involve habitual contact with the clients of the club who go there for the refreshment period;\u00a0
. That only when the doors are open do the functionaries enter and leave the eating areas which is ample opportunity to observe these spaces albeit in a small amount of time;\u00a0
. She entered the LOCA on the past April 11, this being her first job;\u00a0
. Since this day she has been working the same job, which begins at 15H30 until 24H00;\u00a0
She enjoys two days off per week, which last week occurred on the 01\/05 and 02\/05, or Tuesday and Wednesday;\u00a0
. When the events of the situation related to the disappearance of the minor occurred, she was in the club, and only learnt of events when they began to be circulated;\u00a0
. She does not know the family of the child and much less the group of friends who accompanied them;\u00a0
. She does not know where they had their living quarters;\u00a0
. She only saw pictures of the child which were exhibited on television and other outlets and were posted on some vehicles and which circulated in the immediate Praia da Luz area;\u00a0
. Despite no having anything to add, she states that on the night of the disappearance of the child she heard a cry for help in the search which reached where she worked;
. This locale is some hundred of metres from the site with that what was said, known that it had happened, close to the restaurant ‘Tapas’ where the mother of the questioned (Maria de Jesus) on this day was on a ‘day off’;\u00a0
. Questioned, she states that she is not aware of any other facts that would demonstrate useful to the location of the child;\u00a0
. She did not note any strange comportment of any person that would lead her to question whether s\/he was involved in the disappearance of the child;\u00a0
. And nothing more said, having read the statement, finds it in conformity and signs it;\u00a0
