Concerning the issue of the process said;
. That he comes to the process as a witness; 
. That he is a functionary of the Ocean Club resort since April of 2006; 
. That his location of work is inside the resort and limited to the reception, where he processes the entry of guests and all the paperwork related to that; 
. That he works in turns, from hours 08H0-16H00, 16H00-24H00, 24H00-08H00, with days off on Wednesdays or Thursdays and Fridays; 
. Questioned, states that he only became aware of the disappearance of the British child whose name is Madeleine, on Friday, the 4th of May, in the morning, when he arrived at the resort for work; 
. The witness states that, in carrying out his duties, he did not have any contact with any member of the missing childs family or with the child in question, on the previous day, the 3rd of May, of the current year; 
. States that even if he had crossed with one of them in the resort, he only really truly saw their faces after the disappearance, after the images were exhibited in newspapers and televisions; 
. Questioned whether in the recent past he has had knowledge through someone or other functionaries or clients of the resort of strange people around the same, who may have asked questions about the tourists or children or regarding the proper installations of the resort, to which he states that he has no knowledge of such situations; 
. Questioned, the witness states that he is unaware if any of his colleagues that work in the resort have had any criminal problems or problems of vice; 
. The witness does not have any knowledge of situations where the functionaries of the resort have brought strange people into the installations of the same;
. Regarding other strange situations which may have occurred in the resort, like, for example, robberies, the witness says he is not aware of any situation; 
. The witness states that since the disappearance of the child Madeleine until today, he has heard nothing in the way of commentaries that may help clarify the motive for the disappearance and, does not have more information that could help contribute to this end; 
. And nothing more said, having read the statement, finds it in conformity and signs it;
