Concerning the issue of the process said;
. That she comes to the process as a witness; 
. That she is an employee of the Ocean Club resort for 17 years; 
. That her function consists of supervising the work of the maintenance employees;
. That in carrying out her duties, she inspects the resort and has access to the living areas that comprise it; 
. Questioned, states that she only became aware of the missing British child whose name is Madeleine on Friday, the 4th of May, in the morning, when she began work; 
. That on this morning, the witness sin question together with elements of the GNR, and another man whom she did not know, searched various apartments in block 5, looking for the little girl;
. The witness states that, in the function of her duties, she did not have any contact whatsoever with any member of the family of the missing girl or with the child in question, prior to the 3rd of May, the current year; 
. States that even though she may have passed by one of them in the resort, she only truly recognised them after the disappearance, following the images exhibited in newspapers and the television; 
. Questioned is in the recent period she noticed or had knowledge of events that between functionaries or clients of the resort and strange people or persons who may surrounded the resort or asked questions regarding the tourists or the children that accompanied them or the proper layout of the resort, the deponent states that she has no knowledge of any such situations; 
. Questioned, the deponent states that of all the functionaries she knows in the resort, she has no knowledge that any of them have problems of a criminal nature or problems related to vices;
. The deponent has no knowledge of any situations in where the functionaries of the resort have brought strange people into the installations of the same; 
. Regarding other strange situations in the resort, there have been for example, some robberies in the interior of the lodgings and the deponent says that some have already occurred although she has no memory of any recent ones; 
. The deponent states that since the disappearance of the little girl Madeleine until today, she has not heard any commentary that could help clarify the motive for the disappearance and has not further information that could contribute to this end; 
. Nothing more said, Having read the statement, finds it in conformity and signs it;
