From the Public Ministry, Lagos<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Behaviour susceptible of including the crimes of homicide and hiding of a cadaver is being investigated, according to articles n? 131 and 254 of the CPP.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Therefore, and considering the existence of indications that would substantiate a strong suspicion that inside the vehicle that the McCanns were using, there could be elements of proof (instrumental and direct) of the practice of the crimes that are being investigated in the case and that are susceptible to being of fundamental importance for the objectives of the inquiry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Therefore, based upon the suggestion of the PJ, I authorise, on the basis of articles n? 174, 176, 178 and 267 of the CPP, the carrying out of search and apprehension of objects and other elements of proof related to the objective of the process:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– in the vehicle Renault Scenic, number plate 59-DA-27<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To this effect I will sign the warrants which should be delivered to the PJ for compliance. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Duration: 10 Days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Afterwards deliver the files and warrants to the PJ.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
