Dear Sir, Criminal Investigation Coordinator According to previous information, sound recording was requested, through environmental listening, to be carried out in the house where the MC CANN family currently resides and in the vehicle they use, which is rented, namely:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Rua das Flores, n.\u00b0 27, Vivenda Vista do Mar, Urbaniza\u00e7\u00e3o Luz Parque, Luz, Lagos (current residence of the MC CANN family in Vila da Luz) 2. Rental vehicle used by MC CANN, brand “Renault”, model “Scenic” with registration number 59-DA-27.

This diligence, environmental listening, follows several technical criteria, namely installation and subsequent monitoring. This last item, access to recorded sound, is done through mobile telephone devices and respective access cards to that service. Therefore, we are pleased to say that the sound recording (environmental listening) after placement can only be heard and recorded through the telephone numbers owned by this Police, corresponding to the cards:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Therefore, based on the above, it is suggested that Your Excellency. to request the Honorable Magistrate of the M\u00b0 po to intercept and record the numbers mentioned above with the purpose already listed, of accessing environmental listening, for a period of 30 (thirty) days.
As such, I submit the case to your consideration. for the purposes considered convenient, in the terms in which I open<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
